Understanding Our Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unanticipated events can affect your plans from time to time. In order to be considerate of both our clients and staff, Andromeda Massage and Face LLC has established a clear cancellation policy. We kindly request at least 24 hour advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be seeking our services.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full amount of your appointment will be charged. Payment for missed or late-cancelled appointments must be completed prior to booking future sessions. This approach allows us to be fair to both our clients and our dedicated team, ensuring a respectful and effective scheduling environment for everyone.

No-Wow and Late Arrival Policy

No-shows are defined as clients who forget or willfully miss their appointments without prior notification. In these cases, you will be charged the full amount for the missed service. For clients who arrive late to their appointments, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Regardless of the shortened session length, the full cost of the originally scheduled service will be charged.

Out of respect for our therapists and clients, we encourage you to arrive on time for your treatment. Timeliness ensures you receive the full benefits of your session and allows us to maintain a smooth schedule throughout the day.
